Giggre is a community marketplace where anyone can post gigs and get help from trusted local Giggre. From house cleaning and handyman work to moving and yard care, Giggre makes it easy to get everyday jobs done. Simply post your gig, choose a Giggre, and relax while the work gets handled.

Our platform serves two main groups:

  • Companies/Project Managers: Businesses of all sizes looking for qualified, on-demand talent to fill specific roles within their projects.

  • Skilled Professionals/Workers: Freelancers, contractors, and specialists seeking flexible project-based work in their field of expertise.

Unlike traditional job boards, we are a full-service project management platform. We don’t just list openings; we provide tools for skill verification, secure milestone-based payments, direct communication, and dispute resolution. Our focus is on quality and successful project completion, not just filling a vacancy.

Yes! Creating an account and setting up a profile is completely free for both companies and professionals. Fees are only applied when a project is successfully contracted and payments are processed through the platform.

For Companies & Project Managers

1. How do I find the right professionals for my project?

You can find talent in two ways:

  • Post a Project: Create a detailed project listing specifying your requirements, skills needed, budget, and timeline. Qualified professionals will then apply for your review.

  • Search for Talent: Browse our database of skilled professionals using advanced filters for skills, experience, location, and ratings to find the perfect match and invite them to your project.

We have a multi-step verification process to ensure quality:

  • Profile Vetting: We review each professional’s profile for completeness and accuracy.

  • Skills Verification: Professionals can complete skill assessments and upload certifications, which we verify.

  • Review System: After a project is completed, companies can rate and review professionals, providing transparent feedback for the community.

We charge a small service fee on top of the payment you make to the professional. This fee covers the cost of our secure payment system, dispute resolution, and platform maintenance. The exact fee percentage will be clearly displayed before you fund a project.

We use a secure, milestone-based payment system to protect both parties:

  1. You create and fund a project milestone.

  2. The funds are held securely in an escrow account.

  3. The professional completes the work and submits it for your approval.

  4. Once you approve the work, the funds are released to the professional.

We encourage clear communication to prevent misunderstandings. However, if you are not satisfied with the work, you can reject the milestone and request revisions. If a disagreement persists, you can raise a dispute, and our dedicated support team will step in to mediate and find a fair resolution.

For Professionals & Skilled Workers

1. How do I create a profile that attracts clients?

A strong profile is key! To make yours stand out:

  • Complete Every Section: Fill out your skills, experience, and education in detail.

  • Upload a Professional Photo: A clear, friendly headshot builds trust.

  • Build a Portfolio: Showcase your best work with clear descriptions and visuals.

  • Take Skill Tests: Passing our skill assessments adds a “Verified” badge to your profile, making you more visible to clients.

  • Set a Competitive Rate: Research what others with your skills are charging.

Clients fund project milestones before you begin work. Once you complete and submit the work for a milestone and the client approves it, the funds are transferred to your Giggre account. You can then withdraw your earnings to your preferred bank account or payment service.

Yes, we deduct a small service fee from your earnings on each project. This fee helps us operate the platform, provide support, and attract high-quality clients for you to work with. The fee is a percentage of the project payment and is clearly shown before you accept an offer.

Use our advanced search filters on the “Find Projects” page to narrow down opportunities by industry, required skills, project duration, and budget. You can also set up project alerts to be notified via email when a new project matching your criteria is posted.

Absolutely! Our platform has a built-in messaging system that allows you to communicate directly and securely with clients. We recommend keeping all project-related communication on the platform for your own protection.

Account & Technical Support

1. I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

On the login page, click the “Forgot Password?” link. Enter the email address associated with your account, and we will send you instructions on how to reset your password.

Yes. Security is our top priority. We use SSL encryption for all data transmission and partner with trusted, industry-leading payment gateways to handle all financial transactions. We never store your full credit card or bank account details on our servers.
